Apple Pay Suffering Early On
It is looking bleak for Apple’s new payment system Apple Pay as major retailers in the USA have rebuffed Apple’s new mobile payments system, Apple Pay.
Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Rite Aid, and CVS have all recently rejected the payment system and Apple is now i business for the system with just a handful of corporates.
There are only 34 retailers mentioned on Apple’s website that support their new payment system and 8 of them are different variations of the Foot Locker organisation and one of them is actually Apple. Not the best of starts for a system that promised us so much. So in reality it is just 26 companies that have accepted Apple Pay.
However we are into the very early stages of this and it is obvious that Apple have come up with a superior mobile payments system that may just win many of them round in the end.
Apple Pay is an efficient beast better than it’s rivals. Let’s not forget the point of this is to make life easier than using your debit or credit card. Other systems reuire you to get into your phone, launch an App and point the camera at the device. With Apple Pay you quite simply wave your phone at the payment device and it is done. Genius. As many of you know we at Goldgenie are big admirers of Apple products and this is just another creation that will be amazing.
