Apple Watch Release Rumours

The Apple Watch was revealed by the company back in September at the same event at the saw the launch of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. There have recently been UK release date rumours and so as always we thought we should share these with you.

CEO Tim Cook said in an Apple press release. “Apple introduced the world to several category defining products, the Mac, iPod, iPhone and iPad, and once again Apple is poised to captivate the world with a revolutionary product that can enrich people’s lives. It’s the most personal product we’ve ever made.”

Apple Watch

It won’t surprise you to learn that the Apple Watch will not be set for release until early in 2015, but Apple CEO Tim Cook promises “it’s worth the wait.” Price is always what you want to know and it is expected to be starting at around £300 with the Apple Watch Edition being a bit more but prices are yet to be officially confirmed.

The Apple Watch will only be operational with an iPhone but let’s face it if you are going to buy and Apple watch then the chances are you are already a fan of Apple products so will of course have an iPhone in your possession. It will however only be compatible with iPhone 5 onwards so if you have a 4S or earlier edition then an upgrade will be required.

Goldgenie will of course keep you up to date with the specifics as they are announced.
