The first Windows smartphone since elbowing the Nokia branding will arrive on Tuesday, and it appears that it will be a new low end smartphone.

Microsofts sneak preview promises a smartphone for everyone which would suggest they will be coming in at the budget smartphone end of the market. There isn’t really much further information apart from a November 11th launch date. Rumours are that it will have a 5 inch display and a 5 megapixel camera.
