Free Giveaway Of Microsoft Office 365 Mobile Apps

Microsoft has made a bold move and has waived the fee they usually charge for users to use most functions of its mobile apps for Office 365. Normally anybody that wanted to create or edit anything in Word, Excel or PowerPoint on their iPhones, iPads or Android smartphones had to pay Microsoft a subscription fee which starts at $70 (about £45) a year.

MicrosoftHowever, Microsoft still require a fee for Office 365 being used on laptops or desktop computers, and will also require a paid subscription for access to some of the features available in mobile versions.

John Case, a corporate vice president of marketing for Microsoft Office said “We want as many users as we can get, It’s becoming clearer to us, to continue to be the best paid solution, it’s also important to be the best free solution.”
