Goldgenie Sponsored Erik Stark

For those that don’t know the F1H2O is the World Championship in Formula 1 Powerboat racing. These F1 Powerboats accelerate faster than even the most state of the art F1 cars, and can reach 160 kph in just 4 seconds.

Goldgenie’s CEO Laban Roomes recently said of the sponsorship “We were looking to sponsor an emerging talent in an exciting popular sport and felt that the young F1 competitor Erik Start showed a true spark of potential.” This could be a master stroke as Stark recently finished 2nd behind 3 times World Champion Alex Carella in the China Grand Prix. The F1H2O news team described Erik’s performance as “the drive of the day!”

Erik will be relishing this week’s Grand Prix as it is also his 27th birthday on Day 1 of the vent on November 13th.  As a very special gift to the star, Goldgenie have customised a 24ct. Gold iPhone 6 for Erik, which has been laser marked with his personal racing crest.  He will receive it this week and we all hope that it will inspire him to glory.
