HTC have sent invitations for their press event at the World Mobile Congress on Friday March 1st. They didn’t reveal any details about what guests could expect but the HTC One (M9) could very well be the product they will be showing off.

Still there are no guarantees as previous products have launched shortly after the WMC at other events but the rumours are flying that this will be when we will see the M9.

HTC don have a minimum of 4 other products planned for release under its connected devices brand and it is expected that more information will be revealed about these products at the WMC event.

the HTC One (M8) was thought to be one of the best designed smartphones on the market. It had a unibody frame which was 90% metal. The majority of the design details about M9 have not been revealed but it is expected to come in the same grey, gold and silver colour options. Gattis was quoted as saying “We think there’s plenty of room for innovation. Whether that’s more metal or other things, time will tell.”
