Microsoft Nokia 215

The Nokia 215 is a device that is aimed at 1st time buyers or those that are on a tight budget. Also another market it targets is those in the developing world who want a mobile device at the cheapest price possible. With it’s extra long battery life it is also very handy for frequent travellers or for people who have difficulty regularly charging for one reason or another.

The phone’s functions are of course basic but it does have the internet to some extent although there is no 3G connection available. There are basic apps such as Bing, Facebook and Twitter and it does also have a camera and a torch and is available to purchase in 3 different colours.

Not a smartphone and won’t be competing with the likes of Apple’s iPhone but certainly a great handset for anybody that is tight of money and needs a mobile phone to get them through. A good little number from Microsoft and it will certainly be popular amongst those in the developing countries.
