Microsoft May Allow Android Apps On Windows Phone

It has been well documented that Microsoft have had issues with it’s Apps on the Windows Phone and the problem may be solved as it has been rumoured that they are thinking about permitting their Windows Phone to run Android Apps.

Microsoft have been unable to compete with the big hitters of the mobile world as iOS and Android devices continue to dominate and there are a variety of reasons for this but it is probably the Apps area of devices that has made them suffer. This could be an excellent solution for them.

Windows Phone Apps

Of course we all know that the Apple App Store and also the Google store have many more Applications but it is not just a numbers game, it is also the quality as Microsoft’s competitors have some high quality, high profile apps for their users. Allowing Android apps as well as the apps on their own platform is a very acceptable solution to quite a big problem.

At this stage of course we are just talking rumours, but it would make sense and if it is a possibility for Microsoft then they surely must take the opportunity with both hands.
