Microsoft Now Accept Bitcoin Payments

Microsoft Now Accept Bitcoin Payments and the virtual currency can be used to add funds to Microsoft accounts. The funds can then be spent on various Microsoft services and to purchase content like games and videos on Xbox game consoles. Customers will even be able to add apps and services to their Windows smartphones or buy Microsoft software. Several big companies have begun accepting bitcoin payments and Microsoft have joined them.

Microsoft Accept Bitcoins

Although Microsoft haven’t made an official announcement about bitcoin payments, they have added a page to the customer support pages on their website which explains how bitcoin can be used to top up Microsoft accounts. At the moment bitcoins are only able to be used by USA customers and can only be used in fixed amounts.
