Microsoft To Release Smart Watch
Microsoft is preparing to launch some brand new wearable technology in the next few weeks. It is understood the technology will be a smart watch that will have the ability to track heart rate and also work across various mobile platforms. It is also rumoured that the device will have a battery life lasting more than 48 hours of regular use catapulting it ahead of Samsung’s smart watch and also the Moto 360.
This wearable device will be Microsoft’s first delve into this category under CEO Satya Nadella. The major selling point of this new Smart Watch is the battery that lasts more than two days. This could give Microsoft a huge advantage over their competitors in this market. Battery life is often claimed to be one of the preferences of buyers when purchasing a smartphone, and the Apple Watch, Gear and Moto 360 need to be charged every night.
