Samsung Galaxy S6 Rumours
Samsung’s latest smartphone the Galaxy S6 is currently being developed and has been names Project Zero so rumours have us believe. Fans of Samsung’s devices can expect to see further progression from the Galaxy S5 and we will let you in on some of the rumoured improvements right here.
It looks like the screen will be a Quad HD but exact size specifications have not been mentioned. but it is unlikely to be bigger than 5.5inches and probably more likely to be about 5.1inches like the Galaxy S5. It will also come with a much better camera with as high as 20 megapixels.
Sam Mobile the website that is for Samsung owners recently reported on the new phone and said “An interesting thing we’ve learned is that Samsung has developed an in-house LTE modem (model SS333, or Exynos Modem 333), which might replace the Intel modem Samsung is using on the Exynos 5430/5433 for offering LTE connectivity. A switch to its own modem will be a major step forward for the Korean manufacturer, and could help it move away from Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chips, which currently power a majority of the models of its flagship devices.”
It has been previously suggested that the S6 could be released in February but there are whispers that due to Samsung’s recent fall in the market they could bring this forward to January or even push for a launch before Christmas.
Goldgenie will of course keep you updated on any more rumours or of course facts that may surface with regards to the Samsung Galaxy S6.
