UK Banks Want Apple Pay For 2015
The latest story on Apple products is that the UK Banks Want Apple Pay For 2015. The big banks in the UK are currently in discussions with Apple to introduce its Apple Pay service to high street banks in the earlier part of 2015. Negotiations between Apple and allegedly at least one of the UK’s largest banks have been taking place but apparently there have been a few issues over terms.
The bank in question has not been happy with the levels of personal and financial data that the company want to collect about its customers and some of the banks execs fear Apple Pay and the information delivered to Apple could lead to an invasion of the banking industry. Of course none of the big UK banks want to miss out on the use of Apple Pay as it is very likely to be the service that convinces people to pay for goods simply using a mobile device.
